		<description>I thought that Caltrans design manual now recommends marking bike lanes parallel to other traffic lanes, not diverging to parallel the sidewalk.

The &quot;watch for bikes&quot; sign wouldn&#039;t have ever been in my way.

I&#039;d be interested in response, because I would tell City of Del Mar to fix their incorrect design of similar character on downhill Torrey Pines Rd (101).</description>
